This is about really getting to understand you your business and where you are both going. This section can take various forms, from a chat over a coffee to three day workshop. What is of upmost importance here is your words and your ears. I will be fully tuned into all that you say, and how that looks visually. You also need to be super honest here, I may ask hard questions, questions that may take a minuet or two for an answer to come, really making you think about where you are heading and what that will look like. This step is so important. I cant stress it enough, it is here where we get insight and where we can blend your understanding of you and your business with a visual look and feel that is robust.

Taking all of the above, and making the insight make sense within a visual design context. Awful cliché alert. (sorry) Essentially, if we have done our job right here, this should be like holding a mirror up to you and your business. At this stage we are mainly focused on gut feeling, words, and how we would like to be perceived & experienced. This should all be tied up in some real loose visuals showing the real early stages of ideas and concepts.
